GARDENERS, GROUNDSKEEPERS - EXCEPT FARM
Gardeners and Groundskeepers maintain grounds of public or private
property, using hand/power tools or equipment. They may perform any
combination of tasks, such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering,
fertilizing, digging, raking, and sweeping. Additional duties may
include minimal care and upkeep of buildings and equipment. They may
plan and execute small-scale landscaping operations. They may dig and
prepare graves. Does not include Groundskeepers who disseminate
information to the public and patrol public parks to enforce rules and
regulations and to detect fires.
